Are these prices final?
No. These are indicative ranges for the pilot. Pilot partners onboarded before general availability (Q3 2026) get rates locked in writing. Final public pricing is set with feedback from the pilot cohort.
How is ClaimBook priced — flat fee or per claim?
Flat monthly fee, all-inclusive. Each tier has a fixed monthly price and a claim-volume cap (2,000 / month on Starter, 15,000 / month on Hospital). There are no per-claim charges. If you consistently exceed your tier's cap we move you to the next tier mid-quarter on a pro-rated basis.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pilot partners get a free 30-day reconciliation trial on a real sample export from your hospital. No data leaves the session. We use the trial to size your claim volume and pick the right tier with you.
What if our claim volume varies month to month?
That's the norm. Monthly fees are fixed within each tier regardless of volume — as long as you're under your tier's claim cap, you pay the same. If you consistently breach the cap, we move you up a tier on a pro-rated basis.
Are denials, rejections and reviews counted toward the claim cap?
Every claim you reconcile counts toward the monthly cap — settled, denied, or flagged for review. There are no separate or hidden charges for difficult claims; the audit trail and denial workflow are part of the flat monthly fee.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. All listed prices are exclusive of 18% GST. GST will be added on Indian invoices. Invoicing is from Curiometa Innovation Pvt. Ltd., GSTIN provided at contracting.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No long-term contracts during the pilot.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No setup fee during the pilot. Enterprise customers with custom HIS or ERP integrations are quoted separately for integration work.
